## Join Our Nurse Development Program (NDP)
We are currently seeking passionate candidates for our Nurse Development Program (NDP). This initiative is designed to refine clinical skills while upholding the high standards of patient care that define our brand. Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To ensure our patients receive the highest quality of service, we maintain rigorous standards for our nursing staff. Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Ners) with a minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
* Professional Certification: Must hold a valid and active Nurse Registration Certificate (STR).
* Physical Criteria: Minimum height of 165 cm, with a proportional weight range between 50 kg and 55 kg.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to deliver excellent, patient-centered service.
* Professional Readiness: Willingness to undergo intensive training, work in a shift-based rotation, and adhere to all facility protocols.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for placement across any of the Brawijaya Healthcare units located in Jakarta, Depok, or Tangerang.
* Experience Level: While we invite experienced professionals with at least one year of practice to apply, enthusiastic fresh graduates are also strongly encouraged to submit their applications.
* Availability: Must be able to join our team promptly upon selection.
