## Available Volunteer Roles

Be the face of BAZNAS by engaging directly with Muzaki (donors). You will assist potential donors in understanding the impact of their ZIS contributions and facilitate their transactions at our collection counters.
* Requirements: Passion for philanthropy, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor. Previous experience in fundraising is highly regarded.
2. Service Operations Team
Ensure a seamless experience for donors whether they contribute online or offline. You will act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries and transactions.
* Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Possession of a valid A/C driving license is an added advantage.
3. Administrative Support Team
Work behind the scenes to manage essential documentation and operational workflows before, during, and after Ramadan.
* Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
4. Ramadan Event Coordination Team
Take charge of the success of our Ramadan programs. You will be involved in everything from initial planning and logistical execution to post-event reporting.
* Requirements: High energy, proactivity, and prior experience in event management.
5. Creative Team (Content, Design & Video)
Help us amplify the spirit of Zakat through modern, engaging digital content that resonates with today’s audience.
* Requirements: We are seeking specialists in the following areas:
* Social Media & Content: Expertise in SEO, copywriting, and live hosting.
* Graphic Design: Proficiency in professional design software like Adobe Illustrator.
* Video Editing: Mastery of creative video production and editing tools.
## General Requirements for All Applicants
To ensure the quality and integrity of our team, all prospective volunteers must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Must be a practicing Muslim.
* Currently enrolled as a university student or hold a D3/S1 degree.
* Maximum age of 30 years.
