## Application Process and Selection Criteria
Prospective candidates are required to complete the official online application form. Once submitted, our recruitment team will review the applications for administrative compliance. Candidates who successfully pass the initial screening will be invited to sit for a Computer-Based English Proficiency Test and an Academic Potential Test (TPA).
* Testing Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 11:00 AM WIB.
* Venue: Office of the Human Resources Development Unit (BP-SDM), UMS.
* Important Note: Applicants arriving after 11:00 AM or outside the designated schedule will not be accommodated. Candidates possessing valid TKBI or TKDA certificates recognized by the Ministry of Education are exempt from these specific tests.
## General Qualifications for Applicants
To maintain our high standards of education, all applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Citizenship and Faith: Must be an Indonesian citizen of the Islamic faith.
* Age Limits: Maximum 30 years for Master’s (S2) degree holders; maximum 40 years for Doctoral (S3) or Medical Specialist holders.
* Character: Clean criminal record verified by an official Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* Academic Excellence:
* Master’s Degree (S2/Specialist I): Minimum GPA of 3.50 (on a 4.0 scale), with a maximum study duration of 3 years. Undergraduate GPA must be at least 3.25.
* Doctoral Degree (S3/Specialist II): Minimum Master’s GPA of 3.50 and Undergraduate GPA of 3.25, supported by publications in reputable international journals.
* Language Proficiency: A valid TOEFL ITP score of 525, IELTS 5.5, or equivalent (TOEFL CBT 195/IBT 61/TOAFL 500).
* Health Requirements: Must provide official medical certificates confirming physical and mental health, as well as being drug-free, upon acceptance.
* Employment Status: Must not be bound by employment contracts or serving as a permanent/contract employee at another institution.
