## Available Management Trainee Tracks
1. Management Trainee – Plantation
This track focuses on cultivating future leaders in sustainable agricultural management, crop production, and field operational oversight.
* Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Forestry, or Agricultural Industrial Technology.
* Minimum GPA: 3.00 out of 4.00.
2. Management Trainee – Mill Processing
Designed for engineers and agricultural specialists aiming to master industrial palm oil milling operations, extraction processes, and production efficiency.
* Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, Agronomy, Forestry, or Agricultural Industrial Technology.
* Minimum GPA: 3.00 out of 4.00.
3. Management Trainee – Mill Laboratory
