NICU/Perina Coordinator
* Education: Bachelor of Nursing (Ners).
* Licensure: Active Nurse Registration Certificate (STR).
* Certifications: Mandatory NICU-specific training and active BTCLS certification.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a NICU/PICU setting, preferably in a leadership or senior staff capacity.
* Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and comprehensive knowledge of ward management.
Inpatient Coordinator
* Education: Bachelor of Nursing (Ners).
* Licensure: Active Nurse Registration Certificate (STR).
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Unit Head or Inpatient Coordinator.
* Competencies: Strong managerial and leadership abilities, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Certification: Active BTCLS; preference will be given to candidates who have completed Ward Management training.
