## Current Openings
We are currently looking for talented, motivated individuals to fill the following roles:
1. Administration Staff for Japanese Expatriate
This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of our international corporate relations and expatriate support systems.
* Communication & Translation: Acting as the primary point of contact, facilitating clear communication through email correspondence, document translation, and the preparation of business reports in Japanese.
* Logistics & Travel Management: Coordinating comprehensive travel arrangements, including international and domestic flight bookings, train reservations (including Whoosh High-Speed Rail), and hotel accommodations.
* Expatriate Support: Managing the entire lifecycle of expat relocation, including arrival and departure administration, apartment lease management, and membership maintenance for professional services such as golf clubs.
* Administrative Oversight: Handling reimbursement claims, managing internal/external vendor relations, and ensuring all administrative workflows adhere to company standards.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese Language and Culture.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant.
* Business-level proficiency in English; JLPT N3 certification is highly preferred.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and professional communication etiquette.
2. ITEC Project Staff
We are seeking a technical professional to assist in our upcoming industrial expansion and automation initiatives.
* Project Support: Assisting in the technical coordination and execution of construction projects for the 2026-2030 Mid-Term Plan (MTP).
* Automation Focus: Supporting the implementation of smart automation systems within our manufacturing facilities.
* Diploma (D3) in Instrumentation Engineering.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
* Solid understanding of electrical instrumentation equipment and industrial standards.
* Proficiency in data analysis, creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking abilities.
* Fluent in English (verbal and written).
* Must be willing to be stationed in Mojokerto, East Java, and remain flexible for relocation based on company requirements.
