* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage purchasing and import administration from Purchase Order (PO) issuance to final goods receipt.
* Prepare and archive comprehensive import documentation (PO, Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, PIB, etc.).
* Input and update transactional data and shipment statuses within internal systems.
* Perform document verification, data reconciliation, and generate periodic reports.
* Coordinate smoothly with internal departments, suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers (PPJK), and Customs authorities.
* Monitor shipment lead times and actively resolve any logistical bottlenecks.
