## General and Specific Candidate Requirements

* Industry Background: Prior experience within the mineral mining sector serves as a distinct advantage.
* Experience Threshold:
* A minimum of 5 years of relevant, hands-on experience in the exact same position is required for Supervisor levels and above.
* A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the corresponding role is required for Staff positions.
* Financial Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in cost accounting and comprehensive financial reporting is mandatory for positions numbered 4 through 6, as well as position 14.
* Manufacturing and Production Costing: Strong familiarity and practical working knowledge regarding Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) are required for roles 6 and 14.
* Audit Background: Previous professional experience operating as an external auditor is required for position number 4.
* Engineering Skills: Hands-on drafting and design capability utilizing AutoCAD specifically for road construction projects is required for position number 8.
