## Job Role Overview: Admin Project
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Project professional to support our on-site operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing project documentation, coordinating materials, and ensuring seamless administrative execution right from our manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
To thrive in this position, candidates must meet specific educational, technical, and interpersonal criteria.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on administrative experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project materials, administrative documentation, and project handling procedures.
* Preferred Skill: Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings is a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
* Work Location: Willingness to be based on-site at our Kendal, Central Java facility.
