BUMA is currently seeking highly skilled professionals to join their team. All applicants should ideally possess at least five to seven years of relevant experience in construction, oil and gas, or mining (EPC Projects).
Engineering and Construction Roles
1. Supervisor – QA Civil Engineer
* Expertise in international codes, construction materials, and logistics.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ETABS.
* IP/PMP certification is highly regarded.
2. Supervisor – Civil Construction
* Ability to create RAB, working drawings, and technical specifications.
* Mastery of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera 6, and Ms. Project.
3. Supervisor – Earthwork
* Skilled in slope stability analysis, soil drainage, excavation, and embankment operations.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Infraworks, Primavera P6, and Ms. Project.
4. Supervisor – MEP Engineering
* In-depth knowledge of electrical distribution, substations, and voltage systems.
* Mastery of AutoCAD and electrical load calculation software.
* AK3 Electrical certification is preferred.
5. Supervisor – Project Engineer
* Strong grasp of engineering standards, construction processes, CPM, and EVM.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Ms. Project.
Management Roles
* Superintendent – Contract Engineer
* Minimum 7 years of experience in contract management (FIDIC, Lump Sum, Time & Material).
* Mastery of Primavera P6, SAP, and Ms. Project.
* CCM/PMP/CIPS certification is highly preferred.
