Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our team continues to thrive, we are looking for candidates who possess the right blend of education, experience, and personal aptitude. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Tourism or Hospitality, or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred; however, fresh graduates with high motivation are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Physical Requirements: A minimum height of 165 cm for males and 160 cm for females.
* Schedule Flexibility: Must be fully available to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
* Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine passion for customer service.
* Leadership Traits: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
