1. Drafter
As a Drafter, you will serve as the backbone of our project documentation, ensuring that every design vision is translated into precise, functional, and compliant construction drawings.
* Technical Drawing Development: Drafting detailed architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) layouts.
* Healthcare Specialization: Assisting in hospital room layouts, including specialized areas such as operating theaters, ICUs, and patient wards, adhering to strict medical facility standards.
* Revision Management: Integrating feedback from architects, engineers, and clients into updated design documentation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with various project stakeholders to ensure technical specifications are met.
* Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring all drawings adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and hospital hygiene standards, while maintaining organized digital and physical archives.
* Education: Vocational (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a drafter in construction, with preference given to candidates familiar with healthcare facility projects.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
* Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
2. Structure Engineer
The Structure Engineer is responsible for the integrity and stability of our buildings, ensuring our infrastructure remains safe, reliable, and durable.
* Structural Design: Calculating and designing building frameworks, including foundation and upper structure components.
* Analysis: Performing rigorous structural analyses and assessments of load-bearing capacities.
* Project Oversight: Collaborating with architectural and construction teams to monitor onsite execution and ensure alignment with the approved design.
* Technical Reporting: Preparing comprehensive technical reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Civil Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in structural design for buildings.
* Technical Expertise: Skilled in structural software such as ETABS, SAP, or STAAD, with a deep understanding of building codes and industry standards (e.g., SNI, ASCE, ACI).
