1. Liquid Quality Control Staff
The Liquid Quality Control Staff member plays a critical role in maintaining product excellence by ensuring that all operational premix inspection activities strictly adhere to mandatory company standards and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and inspect the mixing process, issuing formal status approvals for premix batches before they advance to storage and subsequent production stages.
* Record comprehensive analysis results on operational mixing logs and generate detailed semifinished product inspection reports.
* Oversee and verify the completeness of mixing operations.
* Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for any materials or products failing to meet established specifications, followed by root-cause problem-solving.
* Manage, control, and calibrate all laboratory instruments, maintaining full accountability for calibration accuracy.
* Oversee the requisitioning and inventory control of chemical reagents across all semifinished goods laboratories.
* Supervise and evaluate the daily performance of direct-report subordinates.
