1. SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Staff
The SHE Staff role is critical to maintaining the highest safety standards across the company’s extensive plantation and facility network.
* Overseeing the implementation of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) protocols in the workplace.
* Conducting safety awareness campaigns and socialization programs.
* Performing routine inspections, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
* Managing K3 documentation and formal reporting.
* Leading safety briefings, training sessions, and emergency simulations.
* Coordinating safety initiatives with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree (D3/S1) in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

* Verifying data and document completeness prior to monthly closing cycles.
* Conducting account reconciliations to ensure financial balances match actual transactions.
* Assisting in the monthly closing process and ensuring timely journal entries.
* Preparing and reviewing Trial Balances and comprehensive accounting reports.
* Executing necessary adjustments, clearing entries, accruals, and reclassifications.
* Providing support for internal/external audits and general accounting activities.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of two years of relevant experience in an accounting role.
* Deep understanding of core accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
* Knowledge of current regulations concerning accounting practices and corporate taxation.
* Previous experience with ERP systems or specialized accounting software is highly desirable.
