Citra Borneo Indah Group, in partnership with PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk., is currently seeking high-potential fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee (MT) Program Batch XXVII. This initiative is designed to groom the next generation of industry leaders through rigorous training and hands-on experience.
Available Tracks
We are currently recruiting for the following specialized streams:
1. MT Estate: Open to candidates with a minimum D3 degree in Plantation, Agriculture, or related fields.
2. MT Shipping: Open to candidates with a minimum D3 degree in fields including Shipping/Port Management (KALK), Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (ETO).
General Requirements
To qualify for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Fresh graduates with a D3 to S1 degree in the relevant fields mentioned above.
* A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
* Single/unmarried status.
* Commitment to undergoing training at our operational plantation sites.
* Willingness to be stationed in our operational areas across Central Kalimantan.
## Program Structure and Development

* Phase 1: Intensive 3-month foundational training.
