## Position Overview: HR Staff
The organization is looking for a dedicated HR Staff member who will play a pivotal role in supporting the human resources team, driving recruitment processes, and fostering a productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities and Scope
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews.
* Maintaining accurate HR databases and personnel records using advanced data management tools.
* Assisting in employee onboarding, talent retention initiatives, and internal HR administrative duties.

Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
* Experience Level: Possess 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Recruiter. Highly motivated fresh graduates equipped with robust internship backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.

* Language Skills: Display complete fluency in both written and spoken English.
