The Unit Head Development Program (UHDP) is a specialized career acceleration initiative designed specifically for the factory division. ## Available Career Opportunities
We are currently recruiting for various specialized tracks under the UHDP initiative. Applicants are expected to possess a minimum GPA of 3.00. While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, those with at least one year of relevant manufacturing experience will be prioritized.
1. Purchasing Track
* Education: D4/S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, extensive professional networking, and excellent communication abilities.
2. Production Track
* Education: D4/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational experience and a willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
3. Packaging Track
* Education: D4/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, along with technical troubleshooting capabilities. Candidates must be prepared for a three-shift rotation.
4. Engineering Track
* Education: D4/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Core Competencies: Solid foundation in maintenance and equipment repair. Must have prior involvement in organizational activities and be comfortable working in a three-shift rotation.
5. Water Resources Track
* Education: D4/S1 in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
* Core Competencies: In-depth understanding of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations and oversight. Applicants should be proficient in English and possess strong organizational experience.
