## Current Job Vacancy: EHS (Safety) Trainee
PT United Tractors Tbk is currently seeking a motivated professional to join the team as an EHS (Safety) Trainee. This specialized program offers comprehensive exposure to occupational health, safety practices, environmental management, and regulatory compliance within a major corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in rolling out comprehensive Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) programs across operations.
* Contribute to proactive workplace accident prevention and occupational disease mitigation initiatives.
* Support emergency response preparedness drills and ensure strict adherence to safety compliance protocols.
* Collaborate on health and safety education campaigns tailored for employees and surrounding communities.
* Assist in upholding and implementing international management standards, specifically ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Candidate Qualifications
* Fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of 2 years of professional working experience.
* Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or closely related disciplines.
* Achieved a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25.
* Demonstrate a solid grasp of EHS principles, risk assessment methodologies, and safety regulations.
* Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
* Familiarity with ISO management systems will be considered a distinct advantage.
