## 1. Mine Engineer
The Mine Engineer plays a pivotal role in formulating comprehensive mine planning, meticulous production schedules, high-quality engineering designs, and seamless project monitoring to guarantee the achievement of overarching corporate targets.
Key Accountabilities
* Design and oversee execution schedules spanning the entire life of mine, establishing robust operational assumptions covering pit optimization, digging sequences, ore blending strategies, equipment needs, and capital/operating expenditures to maximize economic returns (IRR and NPV) while strictly upholding Good Mining Practices.
* Construct detailed mining hill designs leveraging geological data such as block models, ore types, grade distributions, and stripping ratios alongside periodic cross-sections.
* Develop conceptual pit layouts designed to optimize ore recovery while thoroughly evaluating drainage requirements, machinery capabilities, disposal limits, and overall engineering parameters.
* Formulate accurate, actionable short-term, medium-term, and long-term mine plans encompassing production metrics, fleet models, and comprehensive financial forecasts.
* Oversee budget development and monitor foundational assumptions to ensure optimal resource allocation across supply chains, support services, and contract mining operations.
Candidate Requirements
* Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
* Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience within a comparable mining environment.
* Hold a valid Pengawas Operational Pratama (POP) certification.
* Exhibit strong proficiency in specialized industry software, including Mine Design tools (Vulcan, Surpac, Deswik), Mine Scheduling platforms (Whittle, MineMax, MineSched), Arcview, and Microsoft Office applications (MSS, Access, MS Project).
