## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background:
* For Production Control and Logistic roles: A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any field of study.
* For QC Staff: A Diploma (D3) in Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Technical Proficiency: All candidates must possess strong competency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
* Operational Readiness: Candidates applying for the QC position must be comfortable working within a warehouse environment.
* Soft Skills: We value individuals with excellent communication abilities, strong analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
* Professional Mindset: We are looking for self-starters who demonstrate high initiative, a consistent willingness to learn, and professional proficiency in the English language.
* Availability: Applicants must be ready to begin employment immediately.
