The Recruitment Staff plays a pivotal role in driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to fulfill operational workforce demands efficiently across various corporate regions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to fulfill operational staffing needs under specific labor schemes.
* Execute high-volume hiring (mass hiring) and manpower fulfillment initiatives tailored to diverse regional operational requirements.
* Perform candidate sourcing, application screening, administrative selection, interviews, and subsequent evaluation stages.
* Coordinate with the local Manpower Office regarding labor administration, compliance, and related regulatory documentation.
* Conduct business travel to various regions and labor agency locations to execute direct candidate sourcing and selection processes.
* Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with third-party vendors and labor agencies to streamline workforce fulfillment.
* Manage operational staffing allocations, including harvesters, maintenance crew, supervisors, daily workers, and non-staff personnel.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders regarding headcounts, qualifications, placement locations, and timelines.
* Verify candidate credentials, ensure document completeness, and monitor the onboarding pipeline until final placement.
* Compile and analyze comprehensive manpower and recruitment reports to assist management in data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Administration, Agriculture, or a closely related field.

* Monitor and control financial transactions and operational activities within KSO units in accordance with company policies.
* Regularly track the realization of revenues, operational expenditures, and cash flow statuses for KSO projects.
* Review and verify financial transaction documents, billing statements, payment requests, and supporting KSO documentation.
* Ensure that financial implementations strictly align with approved corporate budgets and working plans.
* Analyze variances between budgeted expectations and actual expenditures, subsequently formulating actionable recommendations.

* Conduct thorough data reconciliations between KSO reports, supporting documents, and corporate ledgers.
* Monitor the financial rights and obligations of all participating parties under KSO agreements.
* Coordinate with operational, accounting, and finance units to resolve administrative and fiscal hurdles.
* Prepare necessary data and documentation for financial audits, evaluations, and internal reviews.
* Identify potential financial risks, transactional discrepancies, or administrative bottlenecks within KSO executions.
