## Core Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara (Persero), you will act as the final line of defense for software reliability, ensuring our digital platforms operate seamlessly to support nationwide agricultural and food distribution supply chains.
* Comprehensive Testing Leadership: Spearhead end-to-end testing lifecycles, encompassing rigorous manual exploratory sessions alongside advanced automated test scripts.
* System Performance & Integration: Design, execute, and evaluate complex integration scenarios, as well as rigorous load and performance evaluations on production-ready environments.
* Multi-Platform Evaluation: Seamlessly assess web portals, mobile applications, and complex API ecosystems connected to diverse internal and third-party architectures.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into bulletproof test scenarios.
* Documentation & Quality Advocacy: Maintain meticulous test documentation, author comprehensive bug reports, and advocate for user-centric software quality across all engineering squads.
## Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional who blends technical mastery with a sharp analytical mindset. To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 dedicated years working in software quality assurance, demonstrating hands-on proficiency in both manual testing methodologies and automated test frameworks.
* System Validation Expertise: Demonstrated track record of conceptualizing and executing integration tests, alongside performance and load testing for high-traffic, production-grade enterprise systems.
* Ecosystem Coverage: Proven capability in testing multi-tiered applications, including modern web interfaces, mobile platforms, and interconnected backend APIs.
* Analytical Rigor: Exceptional attention to detail, paired with the ability to isolate edge cases and communicate technical discrepancies clearly.
* Team Synergy: Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, enabling smooth collaboration within cross-functional agile squads.
## Technical Skill Set

* Manual Testing: Mastery in test plan creation, test case design, exploratory testing, regression cycles, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* UI Automation: Hands-on experience with modern web automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent tools.
* API Validation: Proficiency in API testing and automation utilizing Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
* System Integration: Expertise in validating multi-system data flows spanning Point of Sale (POS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and external vendor APIs.
* Performance Engineering: Practical experience with load testing utilities like k6, JMeter, Locust, or Gatling, including deep-dive bottleneck analysis and metric interpretation (throughput, error rates, response times, p95/p99 percentiles).
* Data Operations: Strong SQL querying capabilities for backend data validation and synthetic test data preparation.
* DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity integrating test suites into continuous integration pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or comparable platforms.
* Management Tools: Daily fluency in defect tracking and test management utilities such as Jira and TestRail.
* Infrastructure Basics: Working knowledge of Git version control, along with foundational Linux commands and Docker containerization for configuring isolated test environments.
