## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
As an Industrial Relation Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining harmonious labor relations and ensuring full legal compliance across our operations. Your daily responsibilities will directly impact our workplace culture and organizational stability.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve both litigation and non-litigation legal matters.
* Foster positive union relations and proactive employee relations.
* Draft precise legal opinions and robust legal standings.
* Prepare, review, and negotiate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Manage critical external relations with government bodies, including the Manpower Office (Disnaker) and Industrial Relations Court (PHI).
Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
* Demonstrate professional fluency in both spoken and written English.
* Bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Relation Staff member within a manufacturing environment.
* Hold an advocate certificate (strongly preferred).
* Be available and willing to work on-site at our Gempol Plant in Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Essential Competencies
* Comprehensive understanding of industrial litigation and non-litigation processes.
* Proven ability to draft comprehensive legal documents, opinions, and MoUs.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and advanced negotiation skills.
## 2. QA Internal Audit Specialist
We are looking for a meticulous QA Internal Audit Specialist to uphold our stringent quality standards and safeguard product integrity. In this role, you will ensure that our manufacturing processes consistently meet international safety and compliance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule annual internal audit programs based on rigorous risk assessments.
* Compile, analyze, and recapitulate internal audit results on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Collaborate closely with various departmental sections to address and resolve audit findings.
* Execute thorough internal audits to guarantee strict adherence to company product safety policies.
* Assist in preparations and support inspections for pre-external audits.
Candidate Requirements
* Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related scientific discipline.
* Exhibit professional fluency in English, covering both verbal and written communication.
* Accumulate at least 2 years of proven experience in QA internal auditing within the manufacturing sector.
* Be ready to commute and work on-site at our Pandaan Plant in Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Essential Competencies
* Deep technical knowledge of Internal Audit standards, specifically ISO 19001:2015.
* Hands-on familiarity with global quality frameworks such as BRC, HACCP, and Critical Control Points (CCP).
* Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
