## Shape the Future of Production as a Supervisor Development Program (SVDP)
The Supervisor Development Program (SVDP) is meticulously designed to groom high-potential technical graduates into capable, confident floor leaders. In this role, you will serve as the heartbeat of the manufacturing floor, bridging the gap between strategic production goals and daily shop-floor execution.
Core Responsibilities
As an SVDP trainee, your daily routine will revolve around driving efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing output. Your key duties will include:
* Production Oversight: Closely control and monitor manufacturing outputs throughout your assigned shift to guarantee that all targets align seamlessly with the master production plan.
* Root Cause Analysis: Rapidly identify operational bottlenecks, pinpoint the root causes of production defects, and minimize material waste within your shift.
* Safety and 5R Enforcement: Spearhead the implementation and active monitoring of workplace safety protocols and 5R (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodologies to maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment.

Qualification Requirements
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; however, candidates with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on production experience will be given priority.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication abilities paired with a natural aptitude for leadership and team motivation.
* Location: Currently residing in—or fully willing to relocate to—the Tangerang area.
