Program Specializations
The ALPHA 14 program offers two distinct tracks tailored to specific academic backgrounds:
* ALPHA Plantation: Open to graduates holding a Bachelor’s or D4 degree in Agriculture, Biology, Forestry, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases (HPT), or other closely related fields.
* ALPHA Engineering: Open to graduates holding a Bachelor’s or D4 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Control Instrumentation, Agricultural Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
General Requirements and Eligibility
To qualify for the ALPHA 14 program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
