## Available Frontliner Positions
We are currently recruiting for two core roles within our branch network to provide world-class service to our customers:
1. Customer Service Representative
This role serves as the face of the bank, focusing on relationship management and product solutions. Key responsibilities include:
* Relationship Management: Identifying client needs to offer tailored financial products, including deposits and various banking services.
* Service Excellence: Delivering high-quality assistance in accordance with established banking procedures.
* Administrative Support: Processing account openings, closures, facility management, and data updates.
* Conflict Resolution: Actively handling and resolving customer complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.
* Cross-Selling: Proactively promoting bank products to enhance the customer experience.
* Operational Integrity: Maintaining accurate transaction journals and providing clear, up-to-date information on account movements.
2. Teller
Tellers are the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that all financial transactions are executed with precision and security. Core duties include:
* Transaction Processing: Managing daily Front Office operations according to Sharia banking protocols.
* Financial Accuracy: Conducting end-of-day balancing and resolving any discrepancies within the same business day.
* Cash Management: Handling cash box supplies and ensuring operations remain within authorized limits.
* System Proficiency: Managing transaction logs, resolving communication time-outs, and performing offline processing when necessary.
* Service & Sales: Engaging in cross-selling initiatives while ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed flawlessly.
## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for these positions, applicants must demonstrate the following attributes:
* Age: Maximum 27 years old.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Teller or Customer Service representative, with preference given to alumni of the Magang Bakti BCA* program.
* Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills combined with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in various branch locations, including Jabodetabek, Palembang, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, or Surabaya.
