Initial Cabin Crew (Fresh Graduates)
This pathway is designed for individuals starting their aviation careers. Key requirements include:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), with a preference for D3 graduates or higher.
* Physical Standards: Female, minimum height of 160 cm with proportional weight.
* Health Requirements: Physically and mentally fit, no color blindness (total or partial), and must have received at least the third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
* Personal Attributes: Energetic, honest, team-oriented, and a passion for helping others. Must be free of dental braces and visible acne.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English is highly encouraged; an active TOEIC certificate with a minimum score of 300 is a significant advantage.
Experienced Cabin Crew
Professionals who have previously served as flight attendants are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the following:
* Certification: Possession of a valid Flight Attendant Certificate (FAC) for Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
* Standard Qualifications: Matches the physical, educational, and health requirements outlined for initial candidates.
* Professionalism: A commitment to the group's service standards, including a friendly demeanor and a proven track record in aviation safety and hospitality.

Required Documentation
Failure to provide physical copies of these documents will disqualify candidates from the process:
1. Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae.

3. Two recent 4x6 photographs and one full-body 4R photograph.
4. Copy of KTP (National ID).
5. Copy of Diploma or Certificate of Graduation (SKL).

7. For experienced candidates: Proof of employment (Paklaring) and valid FAC.
## Recruitment Stages and Dress Code
The selection process utilizes a "knockout" system, where candidates must pass each phase to progress to the next. The stages include:

* Psychometric and English proficiency testing.
* Internal interviews and board-level final assessment.
* Background checks and mandatory medical examinations at the Aviation Health Center.

Participation in the recruitment process is entirely free of charge, including training at the Angkasa Training Center in Balaraja. With a cap of 250 participants per day, decisions made by the recruitment team are final and binding.
