As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in building our workforce by identifying top-tier talent.
* Daily Responsibilities:
* Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
* Develop and nurture a robust candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring cycles.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess organizational and cultural fit.
* Collaborate with TA Partners and hiring managers to understand operational priorities.
* Handle administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects to support the recruitment team.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or final-year student, ideally in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
* Prior internship experience in recruitment is highly valued.
* Strong proficiency in English, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
* A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
2. Tax Intern
The Tax Intern will work closely with our financial experts to ensure seamless compliance and administrative accuracy.
* Daily Responsibilities:
* Assist in monthly tax calculations and formal reporting processes.
* Maintain and organize the company’s tax documentation.
* Perform reconciliations of VAT In/Out against the General Ledger.
* Generate tax invoices via E-faktur and manage withholding tax templates for E-bupot Unifikasi.
* Qualifications:
* Fresh graduate or final-year student in Accounting or Tax Administration.
* Working knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
* Fluent in English for professional communication.
* Ability to commit to a hybrid working schedule (3 days per week).
3. Sales Support Assistant Intern
