## Barista (Full-Time) Position: Requirements and Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent). Applicants must have completed their studies and are not currently enrolled in academic programs.

2. Customer Service Excellence: Providing a welcoming, professional greeting to every guest and ensuring their needs are met with a friendly attitude.
3. Sales & Promotion: Proactively engaging in sales efforts, including product promotions and utilizing up-selling or cross-selling techniques to enhance the customer journey.
4. Financial Accuracy: Managing point-of-sale (POS) systems and performing cash transactions with precision.
5. Operational Hygiene: Upholding rigorous standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the workstation and the front-of-house area.
