## Job Overview: Production Operator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Production Operator to join our growing facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our premium products are packaged efficiently, accurately, and safely before reaching our domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, your daily tasks will directly impact our operational efficiency and product quality. Your core duties will include:
* Execution of Filling and Packaging: Handle the end-to-end filling and packaging processes for various coating products.
* Equipment and Facility Preparation: Set up, inspect, and maintain operational readiness for pumps, storage tanks, and labeling systems.
* Quality and Quantity Control: Accurately tally production output during the filling stage and verify compliance against Factory Certificate (FC) standards for both quality and volume.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this manufacturing environment, candidates should meet the following educational and skill requirements:
* Educational Background: Must hold a high school diploma (SMA or SMK) with a major in Science (IPA) or Technical/Engineering fields.
* Location: Preference is given to candidates residing in or around the Bekasi area.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates possessing 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment will receive primary consideration.
