Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and warehouse operations, including:
* Managing and processing all incoming material transactions with precision.
* Executing and documenting outgoing material workflows.
* Preparing and overseeing all delivery documentation to ensure seamless logistics.
* Leading and participating in weekly and monthly stock opname (inventory counting) exercises.
* Maintaining a robust documentation system to ensure all records are organized, accurate, and easily retrievable.
Qualifications and Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications:
1. Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics Management or a related discipline.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar warehousing or inventory position.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP software and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
4. Process Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology and professional document control processes.
5. Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
6. Language Proficiency: The ability to communicate in English is highly preferred.
