1. Senior Legal Counsel
Reporting directly to the Legal Manager of Operations, the Senior Legal Counsel provides vital legal guidance across procurement, projects, and base business activities.
* Drafting and negotiating complex oil and gas contracts, including FEED, EPCI, O&M, drilling, and marine charter agreements.
* Ensuring full compliance with PTK-007 regulations, corporate policies, and local legal frameworks.
* Managing legal disputes and claims, while coordinating with external counsel to protect the company’s interests.
* Assessing the impact of new legislation and acting as a representative within tender committees.
* Proactively identifying legal risks and advising internal leadership on mitigation strategies.
* Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree or advanced postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
* At least 10 years of experience as an in-house counsel in the oil and gas sector or within a top-tier law firm.
* Proficiency in PTK-007 (Upstream Oil and Gas Procurement) and active membership in the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
* Exceptional English proficiency with a demonstrated ability to draft complex legal documentation.
2. Project Officer (Agribusiness & Carbon Offset)
This role focuses on supporting the establishment of new corporate initiatives centered on agriculture and carbon offset production, adhering to both global standards and local regulatory requirements.
* Advancing agribusiness projects and carbon offset initiatives.
* Managing relationships with agricultural counterparts and local stakeholders.
* Overseeing supply chain logistics for bio-feedstock to ensure consistent operational output.
* Preparing formal documentation for stakeholder agreements and supply procurement.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
* At least 5 years of professional experience in agribusiness, feedstock management, or the oil and gas industry.
* Solid understanding of HSE standards, engineering protocols, and commissioning best practices.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders using data-driven insights.
