As our Business Development and Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador for Esin Group in Indonesia. This high-impact position demands an agile strategist capable of advising high-net-worth individuals, managing complex corporate setups, and aligning our local initiatives with our international headquarters.
Core Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Advisory: Lead both virtual and in-person consultations, guiding foreign investors through the intricacies of establishing a Perseroan Terbatas Penanaman Modal Asing* (PT PMA), selecting appropriate business visas, and securing office leases.
* Full-Cycle Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales pipeline from initial inquiry to proposal drafting, contract execution, and payment coordination.
* Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate enduring rapport with clients, delivering seamless support throughout their Indonesian business lifecycle while forging alliances with local vendors and stakeholders.
* Branch Launch & Operational Oversight: Spearhead the successful establishment of our Jakarta office, ensuring robust infrastructure, efficient logistics, and adherence to performance metrics.
* Cross-Border Collaboration: Maintain continuous communication with our teams in Singapore and China to synchronize client strategies and revenue generation targets.
Qualifications and Candidate Requirements
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
* Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in spoken and written Mandarin to serve our core clientele, alongside professional fluency in English for international stakeholder engagement.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in client advisory, business development, or sales roles, preferably within the corporate services, immigration, or consultancy sectors.

* Banking & Institutional Liaison: Facilitate corporate bank account openings for foreign clients and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
* Process Standardization & Team Building: Establish rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conduct talent interviews, and lead onboarding and training programs for our local finance team.
* HQ Reporting: Partner closely with our Singapore headquarters to ensure absolute financial consistency across regional reporting channels.
Qualifications and Candidate Requirements
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in taxation, corporate accounting, or auditing, ideally gathered within consulting firms or corporate service providers.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax legislation, financial reporting standards, and PT PMA regulatory mandates.
