## Current Job Openings
We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic manufacturing environments and possess a drive for continuous improvement.
1. Management Trainee (Warehouse, Production, Maintenance, Utility)
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of manufacturing experience.
* Key Skills: Strong leadership potential, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude toward learning. Active involvement in organizational activities is highly valued.
2. Maintenance Operator
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with 2 years of manufacturing experience. Prior experience in maintenance is required.
* Key Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and maintain effective leadership within a team setting.
3. Production Operator
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Key Skills: Capable of independent problem solving, leadership, and active engagement in team-based organizational goals.
## Supervisory Roles
We are also seeking experienced professionals to lead our teams and oversee complex operational processes.
4. Maintenance Supervisor
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
* Core Competencies: Extensive knowledge of textile production machinery, Autonomous Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance systems. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.
5. General Affair (GA) Supervisor
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Law or Human Resource Management.
* Experience: Over 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in company permitting, OSS (Online Single Submission), and environmental compliance (Proper). Candidates with ISO 9001:2015 and AK3U certifications, as well as strong Industrial Relations experience, are preferred.
