## Current Job Opening: Production Operator (Second Process)
We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Production Operator to support our manufacturing workflows at our facility in Delta Silicon 6. This role is essential to maintaining the high quality and precise standards that our clients expect.
Key Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) graduate; applicants with a technical educational background are highly preferred.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a production operator role.
* Technical Literacy: Must be proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
* Measurement Proficiency: Skilled in using precision measurement tools, including micrometers and calipers.
* Machinery Expertise: Hands-on experience operating manual machinery, specifically Lathe, Milling, Drilling, Welding, and Grinding units.
* Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach toward Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work in shift patterns.
* Location: Willing to be assigned to our facility in Delta Silicon 6, Lippo Cikarang.
