On Job Training (OJT) Program Overview
The On Job Training (OJT) initiative at our Head Office is meticulously designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical corporate execution. Participants will gain immersive, hands-on experience by working alongside seasoned industry experts.
Core Responsibilities
* Participate actively in the structured On Job Training program based at the PT Graha Prima Energy Head Office.
* Support the seamless implementation, rollout, and daily management of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
* Execute foundational data analysis procedures utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
* Partner closely with cross-functional project teams to fulfill operational demands and drive system enhancements.
* Assist in streamlining administrative workflows and information technology tasks under direct company supervision.
Candidate Qualifications
To ensure a successful transition into our fast-paced corporate environment, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Open to male and female candidates with a maximum age of 25 years old.
* Fresh graduates holding a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or Information Management.
* Strong foundational comprehension of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts.
* Practical familiarity with at least one established ERP platform, such as Odoo or equivalent software.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel geared toward preliminary data analysis and reporting.
* Basic understanding of programming principles or scripting languages.
* Exceptional analytical aptitude and polished interpersonal communication skills.
* Demonstrated capability to operate efficiently both autonomously and within collaborative team structures.
* Mandatory possession of a COVID-19 booster vaccination certificate.
* Mandatory possession of a valid Job Seeker Card (Kartu Pencari Kerja / AK-1).
* Mandatory possession of a current, unexpired Police Record Certificate (SKCK).
