Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring that our workforce remains agile and high-performing. Your primary duties will include:

* Analyzing unique business challenges and developing tailored Human Capital programs to address them.
* Monitoring ongoing business performance metrics and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
* Generating comprehensive periodic reports to facilitate informed management decision-making.
Candidate Requirements

* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
