* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Open to fresh graduates or individuals with at least one year of professional experience.

* In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
