## 1. Production Admin
The Production Admin plays a vital role in ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly by maintaining accurate records and facilitating seamless inter-departmental communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately inputting daily production data and reports into the company system.
* Conducting regular stock opname procedures to ensure inventory precision.
* Coordinating closely with department heads and cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows.
Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
* At least one year of professional experience in an administrative role.
* Strong attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and a firm, decisive nature.
* Candidates with prior experience utilizing SAP software will be given priority.
## 2. Technician / Maintenance Shift
Our Maintenance team is the backbone of our production line. We are seeking technical experts who are committed to operational safety, machinery reliability, and building integrity.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the Engineering Foreman with daily technical requirements.
* Performing precision welding tasks using GTAW and/or SMAW techniques.
* Executing preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
Qualifications
* Vocational School (SMK) graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or a Diploma (D3) holder with at least 1 year of experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Proficiency in GTAW and SMAW welding techniques.
* Solid understanding of electrical circuits and schematics.
* Working knowledge of specialized power tools and industrial machinery.
