## Current Openings and Professional Requirements
PTJEL is currently seeking dedicated, disciplined, and hard-working professionals to join our site teams across Indonesia. We are looking for experts to fill roles across our Mechanical, Piping, and Structural divisions.
Mechanical Division
We are inviting qualified candidates to apply for the following positions:
* Foremen: Mechanical, Millwright, Pipe Fitter, Rigger, Welder, Scaffolder, and Hydrotest.
* Technicians/Specialists: Millwright, Mechanical Fitter, Pipe Fitter, Rigger, Welder, Scaffolder, and Hydrotest Helper.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering for Foremen and specialized roles; Vocational High School (SMK) background for Helper positions.
* Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar capacity within the EPC Power Plant or Oil & Gas sectors for technical roles; at least 1 year of relevant experience for Helpers.
Piping Division
Our Piping division is expanding and requires skilled personnel for the following roles:
* Foremen: Piping, Hydrotest, Punch Team, Welder, Scaffolder, Rigger, Steam Tracing, and Painter.
* Technical Staff: Pipe Fitter, Hydro Test, Punch Team, Welder (Pipe/Plate), Scaffolder, Rigger, Steam Tracing, Painter, and Coater Helper.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Piping or Mechanical Engineering for leadership roles; Vocational High School (SMK) diploma for technical and support staff.
* Experience: A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in EPC Power Plant or Oil & Gas environments is mandatory for technical positions, with at least 1 year required for entry-level support roles.
Steel Structure Division
To support our ongoing infrastructure projects, we are hiring for the following:
* Foremen: Steel Structure, Scaffolder, and Rigger.
* Technical Staff: Steel Structure Fitter, Scaffolder, Rigger, Welder (Plate), and various Helpers.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering for Foreman positions; Vocational High School (SMK) background for specialized fitter and helper roles.
* Experience: Candidates must possess at least 4 years of relevant field experience in the EPC Power Plant or Oil & Gas industries for leadership roles, and a minimum of 1 year for technical/helper roles.
