## Now Hiring: Production Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Administrator to support our site operations. If you have a background in mining administration and a passion for operational excellence, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a forward-thinking industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
* Accurately inputting and analyzing data related to fleet ritase, machine operating hours, and overall site productivity.
* Developing and managing production dashboards to assist management in decision-making.
* Ensuring seamless coordination of administrative workflows across the mining site.
Professional Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender/Age: Female, between 23 and 30 years old.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant field.
* Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production or operational administration, preferably within the mining industry.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically in utilizing complex formulas (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP) and creating data dashboards.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of standard mining terminology and workflows, including overburden management, hauling cycles, and production metrics.
* Personal Attributes: High level of precision, exceptional attention to detail, and uncompromising professional integrity.
