## Available Positions
Engineering & Maintenance
* Civil & Road Maintenance Officer: Responsible for overseeing hauling road maintenance, infrastructure development, and managing settling ponds (KPL) to minimize downtime. Requires a degree in Civil Engineering, 3 years of experience, and an active POP certification.
* Surveyor: Conducts topographical and joint surveys, processes aerial data into operational maps, and calculates cut-and-fill volumes. Requires a degree in Geology or Mining Engineering.
Environmental, Safety & Health (HSE)
* ESG System & Compliance Officer: Evaluates HSE inspection data, ensures environmental compliance, and manages project budgets. Requires a degree in Environmental Engineering and expertise in SIMPEL reporting.
* LB3 & Water Management Staff: Monitors daily water quality, chemical inventory, and rainfall data. Requires a degree in Environmental/Chemical Engineering.
* LB3 & Water Management Supervisor: Leads water treatment operations and ensures rigorous compliance with environmental standards. Requires 3 years of experience and POPAL certification.
* Operation Safety Staff: Manages the operational safety system (KO) for mining facilities and infrastructure. Open to recent graduates with internship experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
* Operations Safety Supervisor: Oversees site-wide safety systems, commissioning strategies, and digital database integrity. Requires 3 years of experience and valid POP certification.
Operations & Corporate Support
* External Relations Staff: Manages social mapping and stakeholder engagement, including community programs and licensing documentation. Requires a degree in Law, Social Sciences, or Sociology.
* HR Officer: Analyzes workforce requirements, manages HRIS, and oversees employee lifecycle processes. Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management with 3 years of experience.
* Management System & Improvement Officer: Drives continuous improvement programs (CIP) and KPI development. Requires a degree in Management or Industrial Engineering and 3 years of experience.
* Shipping & Barging Admin Officer: Manages logistics, shipping documents, and SAP-based procurement. Requires a degree in Management or Maritime studies and 3 years of experience. Position based in Palembang.
* Warehouse Staff: Oversees inventory control, physical counts, and storage operations. Open to recent graduates with relevant internship experience in Management or Industrial Engineering.
## Key Qualifications and Expectations
* Professionalism: Most roles require at least 1–3 years of relevant experience.
