1. Operation Administrator
The Operation Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that vessel activities remain efficient and well-documented.
* Manage and archive all essential documentation and periodic vessel reports.
* Monitor daily vessel performance and ongoing offshore operations.
* Consolidate and maintain accurate summaries of daily vessel reports.
* Track and facilitate the procurement of vessel requirements and supply lists.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless operational continuity.
* Male, holding a degree in Naval Architecture or Maritime Studies.
* Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience; background in Oil & Gas shipping is highly preferred.
* Strong technical understanding of vessel machinery, electrical systems, and structural integrity.
* Knowledge of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and effective communication.
2. HSE & Operation Specialist
We are looking for an experienced HSE professional to uphold our stringent safety standards and operational integrity.
* Male, preferably with a background in Naval Architecture or Maritime Studies.
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an HSE role, ideally within the Oil & Gas maritime sector.
* Possession of mandatory certifications, including:
* Ahli K3 Umum (General Occupational Health & Safety Expert).
* Internal Auditor ISM Code, DPA, and ISPS Code Company Security Officer.
* ISO 31000 (Risk Management), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications.
* First Aider and CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) training.
* Fluent in both written and spoken English.
* Expertise in Microsoft Office and a proven track record of effective team collaboration.
