## Available Positions

1. Automation Engineering Manager
* Responsibilities: Design and implement innovative automation solutions to drive production efficiency. Develop cost-effective methods for both new and existing workflows, while managing engineering teams, budgets, and automation project lifecycles.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial automation. Strong leadership and project management capabilities are essential. Experience in food manufacturing is highly preferred.
2. HR Administrator
* Responsibilities: Oversee HRIS modules including attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll data. Prepare regular personnel reports and HR metrics for management review. Handle employment documentation and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) in Information Systems, Informatics, Management, Administration, or related fields. Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides). Familiarity with SAP is a significant advantage.
3. Packaging Engineer
* Responsibilities: Execute machine trials and commissioning. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally with production and procurement departments.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Highly proficient in spreadsheet software. Must possess strong verbal and written English communication skills.
4. Production Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Ensure production targets are met in accordance with established quality standards. Manage team scheduling, task delegation, and staff performance.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering. Knowledge of GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 is a plus. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a 3-shift rotation are required.
5. Production Machine Operator
* Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and perform routine maintenance on production machinery in compliance with SOPs to meet daily output targets. Report on production yields and technical issues.
* Qualifications: Vocational high school (SMK) graduates in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of experience, or D3 graduates in Technical/Manufacturing fields (fresh graduates are welcome). Understanding of GMP and workplace safety (K3) is required.
6. Instrumentation & Calibration Technician
* Responsibilities: Conduct measurement, verification, and accuracy adjustments for industrial tools. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on sensors and control systems. Maintain detailed logs of data and repairs.
* Qualifications: SMK/D3 in Mechatronics or Industrial Electronics, with a concentration in Instrumentation. At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Must be willing to work a 3-shift rotation.
7. Maintenance Technician
* Responsibilities: Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to minimize production downtime. Perform scheduled inspections on mechanical and electrical systems, manage spare parts inventory, and document maintenance activities.
* Qualifications: SMK/D3 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Prior experience in the food industry is a plus. Candidates must be willing to work a 3-shift rotation and possess a solid understanding of GMP and safety protocols.
