Since its establishment in 1994, PT. Rea Kaltim Plantations (REAK) has solidified its reputation as a leading Foreign Investment (PMA) palm oil plantation company. Operating in the Kembang Janggut District of Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan, our organization currently manages approximately 32,000 hectares of productive land. Our processing infrastructure includes three state-of-the-art mills: two with a processing capacity of 80 tons of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) per hour, and one with a capacity of 40 tons per hour.
As we look toward the future, REAK is embarking on an ambitious expansion strategy into the East and West Kutai Regencies. This growth initiative will significantly increase our total plantation footprint over the next two to four years, accompanied by the construction of several new processing mills. Engineering and Technical Roles
1. Senior Planner: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Assistant Power Plant: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
3. Mandor Power Plant: Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering.
4. Electrician: Vocational High School (SMK/STM) graduate specializing in Electrical Engineering.
5. Sr. Mechanic / Mechanic: Diploma/Bachelor’s for Senior positions, or Vocational High School (SMK/STM) for Junior positions, with a focus on Heavy Equipment.
6. Hydraulic Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
7. Operator Mesin Bubut (Lathe Operator): Vocational High School (SMK/STM) graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
Welding and Construction Specialists
8. Welder Specialist (6G): Vocational High School (SMK/STM) with official 6G Welding Certification.
9. Welder (4G, 3G, 2G): Vocational High School (SMK/STM) with technical welding expertise.
10. Mandor General Civil: Diploma degree in Civil Engineering.
