1. Management Trainee (For Manufacture)
This role focuses on optimizing production lines, enhancing operational workflows, and driving efficiency within the manufacturing division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough observations at manufacturing sites to formulate targeted improvement projects.
* Analyze pre- and post-implementation manufacturing data to measure project effectiveness.
* Deliver comprehensive project presentations to top management.
* Propose data-backed modifications to ongoing operations.
