We are currently looking for a driven, results-oriented Fashion Retail Store Manager to spearhead operations at our Jagakarsa, South Jakarta branch. ## About the Role
As our Store Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of the retail branch. You will be entrusted with transforming our retail space into an engaging destination for shoppers while steering the store toward ambitious financial and operational milestones.
Core Responsibilities
* Store Operations & Visual Merchandising: Oversee day-to-day store activities, ensuring the sales floor is impeccably organized, visually appealing, and compliant with brand standards.

## Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this pivotal leadership role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA), with a preferred background in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Store Manager or in a comparable leadership role within the fashion retail sector.
* Scale Experience: Demonstrated capability in managing large teams and overseeing expansive selling areas of up to 800 square meters.
* Visual Expertise: A strong eye for visual merchandising and a deep understanding of current fashion trends and consumer behavior.
* Analytical Acumen: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound, objective business decisions.
