## Kickstart Your Leadership Journey: Spinning Management Trainee
We are currently seeking ambitious, high-potential individuals to join our Management Trainee program within our Spinning Division. This is more than an entry-level position; it is an immersive development journey designed to cultivate the next generation of textile leaders and supervisors.
Core Responsibilities
Participants in the Management Trainee program will undergo a rigorous curriculum designed to provide a 360-degree view of industrial production:
* Operational Mastery: Learn every facet of the spinning process, encompassing the full cycle from Blowing to Winding.
* Performance Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of production workflows to enhance quality, output, and operational efficiency.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams, including Quality Control, Maintenance, and Production, to streamline operations.
* Strategic Improvement: Develop comprehensive reports and drive improvement projects that contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
* Leadership Development: Engage in mentorship and training to prepare for a transition into a supervisory role within the spinning unit.
Program Curriculum: The Spinning Process
Trainees will gain hands-on experience in the following technical stages:
1. Blowing: Cleaning and opening the raw fiber.
2. Carding: Aligning fibers to form a uniform web.
3. Drawing: Ensuring fiber parallelization and consistency.
4. Roving: Preparing the strand for the final spinning stage.
5. Spinning: Creating the final yarn structure.
6. Winding: Preparing the yarn into a form suitable for subsequent textile processes.
## Qualifications for Success
We are looking for candidates who are eager to grow, learn, and contribute to a world-class manufacturing environment:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Textile Engineering (preferred), Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Professional Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, effective problem-solving skills, and clear communication.
* Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
