We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to manage and report on key performance metrics across inbound, outbound, and inventory operations. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and analytical backing to our Control Tower division.
Key Responsibilities
* Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational figures covering inbound, outbound, and inventory flows.
* Evaluate performance metrics, spot variances or emerging patterns, and deliver actionable business insights.
* Generate and distribute precise KPI reports to internal departments and external clients punctually.
* Develop professional infographics, visual presentations, and summary dashboards using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or CorelDraw.
