## Open Positions
1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing process, ensuring that our diecast models meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
* Perform duties within designated work areas, including Main Process, Decoration, or Assembly.
* Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
* Maintain accurate daily production reports to monitor progress and output.
* Minimum education of SMP (Junior High School) or equivalent.
* Excellent physical and mental health.
* Must not be color blind and must be free from dust allergies.
* High levels of attention to detail, dexterity, honesty, and professional discipline.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
* Must be willing to work toward set targets, adhere to shift schedules, and perform overtime as required.
* Ready to join immediately and be stationed in Batang, Central Java.
2. HR Staff
Our HR department is looking for an organized and knowledgeable professional to help manage our workforce and streamline our organizational processes.
* Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to finalizing onboarding.
* Foreign Worker Administration: Oversee essential documentation and licensing to ensure total regulatory compliance.
* HR Support: Assist in executing daily HR initiatives and administrative tasks to meet evolving company requirements.
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Management is preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within the manufacturing or automotive sectors.
* Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and local employment regulations.
* Familiarity with psychological testing tools is considered an advantage.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
* Fast learner, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
* Availability to join as soon as possible and work on-site in Batang, Central Java.
